We use DPD and Yodel to fulfil your orders. 

They will text you in the morning to let you know your parcel is out for delivery that day and email you. We will email you the night before to let you know the the parcel is out for delivery the next day. 

In that email will be a tracking number if you insert it in to the DPD or Yodel tracking website to check the current position of your delivery.  If for any reason you are having difficulties please call us on tel; 0845 094 1041 (Local Call Rate From Anywhere in the Country).

If you are out when DPD or Yodel attempts to deliver they will leave a card and follow the instructions to confirm what day you will be in or to arrange a timed delivery which is a cost option.
