We will shortly be trying a new system for returns and will post more up tp date information shortly.
Our returns system there are two ways in which you can return products to us, you can post them back to us with a letter.
covering the reasons for the return and what you would like us to do ie; exchange or credit less charges (where applicable).
please remember to put you full details name address and the invoice number you recieved the goods on.
The second way is you contact us about your enquire to return a product and we can offer a collection and swap out system.
we are currently trialing this system but it costs £8.99 but it does save you going to the postoffice and sending it recorded delivery.
