A Day of Sledging and Snow Ball Fights in My Snickers Workwear Jacket

Winter had come around again and last night when everybody was asleep a lot of snow fell covering every were from top to bottom in thick crisp snow perfect for going doing a bit of sledging followed by an all out snow ball fight afterwards the kids were off school so it was perfect time, I myself had a couple of days of because of the state of the motorways and roads I couldn’t go out and do my usual day job of building motorways, usually wearing Snickers Workwear allows me to be able to work in all condition but the boss rules it was just too dangerous for the next couple of days as we would struggle to find our way to work as many roads had been closed down a lot of the lads use public transport which had also closed down due to the bad weather so a few days payed leave having fun with the kids was not the worst thing in the world as I had spent a lot of time working away all over the country recently and missed spending time with the family.

Of we went outside for our fun packed day me dressed head to toe in my Snickers Workwear the kids Tom and Amber dressed in coat hats and gloves and the wife Claire thinking more about fashion than protection from the cold was sporting what can only be described as clothes fit for a night out in summer, the day got off to a great start I made a homemade sledge by cutting a big plastic barrel I had in the garage in half it was great at going down the icy snowy hills that are near are home the kids loved it but the wife was starting to get cold and wet I asked her if she wanted to put on my Snickers Workwear jacket but she declined in favor of keeping up her fashionable appearance which would come back to haunt her later.

After many fun packed hours snow ball fighting outside the front of the house I noticed the wife was starting to sneeze a lot and generally look unwell, we carried an playing for a while I was impressed at how my Snickers Workwear jacket was holding up as I had never tested it to this extent at work before, I had slid down the hill in it received multiple snow ball attacks from all different angles from the kids and wife yet I was still warm and dry this jacket really was all it was cracked up to be.

That evening after our fun packed day the kids settled down with a pizza to watch a movie before bedtime but the wife had taken a turn for the worse, I knew by what she had been wearing and the fact she didn’t put my Snickers Workwear jacket on when I had asked her that she might get a bit of a cold but this seemed worse so I call out the doctor and he said she had hypothermia and she should immediately go and to the hospital as it can be life threatening if not treated by professionals quickly, after a few days stay in hospital my wife got the all clear thankfully and little Amber and Tom were relived and best of all it taught the wife a lesson she will never forget, since then she made me buy her the women’s version of my Snickers Workwear jacket so it never happens again.
